- Have your event date ready. Before we start talking about treats and theme, we need to make sure we have availability.
- Have a theme or color scheme in mind. Once we know your theme or colors, our creative juices will start flowing. Its ensures we are on the same page as the client.
- Know what treats you want. Knowing what treats you want to order helps us create a custom package for your special event
- Be prepared to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. The deposit is to lock in the date for your event and get to work.

Questions & Answers
How far in advance should I place an order?
> Orders should be placed at least 4 weeks in advance, with a minimum of 2 full weeks in advance. There will be a rush fee added to any orders placed within 1 week of your event.
How to reserve my treats?
> A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to lock in the date for your event. No dates/treats are secure unless we receive a deposit.
How do I order a Special or personalized box?
> Payment for Specials or Personalized Boxes are due at time of booking. No deposits are required.
How do I make changes to my order?
> Minor changes can be made to an order up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
Cancellations & Refunds
> We do not give refunds. Any cancellations must be done within 3 weeks of the event and may be rescheduled with 90 days (upon availability).
